Goal

For IO3 we wanted to establish a framework for effective CPD-activities supporting personalised learning with ict. In addition, we wanted to professionalize teachers and teacher educators on this topic.

Activities

• We explored the literature to identify effective elements of CPDs that deal with personalised learning with ict.
• We used the elements as a set of principles to design 8 different CPD-activities.
• we performed the CPDs with teachers en teacher educators as participants
• We evaluated the impact of the CPDs

Expected impact

• Professionalize teachers and teacher educators on the topic of personalised learning with ict
• Inform trainers on how to design effective CPDs on the topic of personalised learning with ict
